Site work for a civil project in Smithtown, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Suffolk County Sewer District No. 6 Pump Station No. 3 Force Main Improvements Phase 2 the work consists of the following: Installation of approximately 7,500 linear feet of underground sewer force main piping in Town of Smithtown and New York State Department of Transportation road Right-of-Ways. The scope of work also includes trench repair, concrete panel repair and directional drilling. CR#: 2129950 Contract Term: 180 Days Please note that all construction contracts involving construction, reconstruction, improvement, rehabilitation, installation, alteration, renovation, demolition of, or otherwise providing for any building, facility or physical structure of any kind with a value in excess of $250,000 will be subject to Apprenticeship Training Program requirements pursuant to Article 23, Section 816b of the NYS Labor Law and Suffolk County Resolution No. 1866-2014, specifically requiring graduate of apprentice(s) in the trade(s) called for within the construction contract within specified time period preceding the bid date of project. Sheeting, bracing, excavation, and soil erosion protection. 2. Installation of sanitary force main. 3. Equipment start-up and testing. 4. Work zone traffic control. 5. Rough and final grading, and pavement restoration. 6. Restoration of curbs, gutters, and sidewalks. 7. Restoration of landscaped areas. 8. Protection of existing utilities. 9. Material testing. 10. Debris removal, street sweeping, and daily and final cleanup. 11. Coordination with utility companies and property owners as necessary to schedule connection of services, and mangement of the installation. 12. Site utilization and management so as not to disrupt the daily operation of the businesses and residential houses along the route of the work. 13. Product and equipment storage and handling requirements. 14. Site safety in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations. 15. Excavation, backfill, and removal and offsite disposal of surplus and/or unsuitable materials. 16. Project submittals, meetings, professional photographs, testing services, work plans, schedules, shop drawings, close out procedures and documents, as-built drawings, and final decomissioning of the work shall be provided as required by the Contract.
