The Bethlehem Area School District (BASD) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the Stadium Synthetic Turf Field Replacement project, to be awarded as a single-prime lump sum contract. Vendors must be active members of a UG Compliant Purchasing Consortium, with all pricing submitted under a cooperative contract that was competitively awarded according to Pennsylvania Procurement Code, the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act, all applicable cooperative purchasing statutes and requirements, and all relevant federal, state, and local regulations. Proposals may be submitted electronically or in person. Detailed specifications, drawings, and instructions are available upon request.
