Notice to Proceed March 2026 Questions Due December 22, 2025 All questions must be submitted in writing to Andrea Hale, Contract Administrator via email at andreah@ntua.com. Answers to Questions due to Proposers December 30th, 2025 Selection and Notice of Award February 5th, 2026 The Navajo Tribal Utility Authority ("NTUA") invites qualified companies ("Proposers") to submit a written proposal for design engineering services and subsequent construction oversight and commissioning services (together the "Proposal") for a photovoltaic solar generation and battery storage (BESS) facility located on a site controlled by NTUA on the Navajo Nation (together the "Project"). Procurement of materials and construction of the Project will be solicited in a separate Request for Proposals ("Construction RFP") and the successful Proposer from this solicitation will be responsible for oversight of construction and commissioning of the Project for the company selected by the Construction RFP ("Construction Contractor"). The NTUA also invites Proposers to submit a written proposal for Operation and Maintenance ("O&M") services for the Project for a period of five (5) years following commercial operation that may be awarded at the sole discretion of the NTUA.
