Air Heater 3rd Floor South Sealed proposals are invited for the installation of miscellaneous platforms at Whelan Energy Center, Unit 2, Public Power Generation Agency, in Hastings, Nebraska. Proposals must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check from a solvent U.S. commercial bank, or a bid bond of not less than five percent of the total bid, contained in a separate envelope attached to the proposal, with original signatures required on all proposal and bid bonds. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond for the full contract amount within ten days of award. Only qualified bidders with relevant experience in similar work will be considered. New bidders with no previous work history with the agency must pre-qualify by submitting information about their organization, experience, and financial status. The agency reserves the right to select the bid best suited to its needs, to reject any or all bids, and to waive informalities. No proposal may be altered, withdrawn, or resubmitted within 60 days after the opening date.
