Description

Renovation of a medical facility in Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

This project will replace existing fuel oil-fired generators in multiple buildings with new natural gas or propane generators. The Mechanical Contractor is responsible for removal of existing fuel oil systems and related components, and for installation of new gas piping, valves, and associated equipment required to support the new generators. The Electrical Contractor is responsible for site preparation, selective demolition, concrete work, fencing, installation of new generators, temporary facility controls, and required asbestos and hazardous materials abatement. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Estimated Cost Range: HVAC (CR 12): $400,000 - $450,000 - Electrical (CR 13): $1,700,000 - $1,900,000.
