CR11 - Electrical Question Deadline 01/23/2026 Prospective bidders shall examine the Contract Documents carefully and, before bidding, shall make a written request to the Owner and Design Professional, for an interpretation or correction of any ambiguity, inconsistency, or error therein which should be discovered by a reasonably prudent bidder. Every request for such interpretation must be received at least ten (10) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the bid. All the Work of the Contract Documents shall commence at the time to be specified in the Notice to Proceed and the Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion no later than October 15, 2026, for buildings 11 and 17 and no later than October 15, 2027, for buildings 6 and 15.
