Martin Luther King Elementary School is located at 750 E Britain avenue in Benton Harbor, MI 49022. Joe Bullocks BHAS, Project Manager/Coordinator, is the Owner's Representative and may be contacted regarding any questions or for a pre-bid job site inspection, phone 269-392-1681 . Apply the VersiWeld TPO Seamshield Adhered Roofing System or Rhinobond System in conjunction with two layers of 2.6 polyisocuanurate after tear off of the existing EPDM roof to expose the tectum deck for verification of suitable substrate as specified in this specification. 1. Tear off existing EPDM roofing system down to the Tectum deck 2. Install 2 layers of 2.6 polyisocyanurate (Fully Adhered) 3. Install fully adhered or Rhinibond 60 mil TPO (Seam Shield) 4. Install new 24 gauge Versitrim edge metal to be included in the warranty The work involves the removal of the existing PVC roofing system and installation of a new VersiWeld TPO Seamshield(R) fully adhered roofing system at Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary, located at 750 East Britain Ave, Benton Harbor, Michigan. All proposals must be submitted electronically. Bids will be opened publicly in the superintendent's office and read aloud. The school district reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or to accept the proposal deemed in its sole discretion to be in the best interest of the school district.
