Site work and new construction of a power facility in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Design plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade power facility.
Solar and Energy Storage Installations.The city is seeking proposals from qualified bidders to create a comprehensive, feasible solar design plan for the city and prepare one bid-ready proposal, which will include three individual bid components for three specific sites to implement the plan. All bid proposals must be submitted in a clearly marked envelope or by email on or before the specified deadline. The cost of preparing proposals is an operational cost of the proposer and will not be borne by the city. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive technicalities, or accept the proposal that best serves the city's interest. Create a comprehensive, feasible, solar design plan for the City that: Provides solar production at three (3) city-owned sites City Hall/Public Safety at 200 E. Wall St., Benton Harbor, MI 49022; Bobo Brazil Community Center at 472 Cass St., Benton Harbor, MI 49022; and Benton Harbor Water Filtration Plant at 601 Ridgeway St., St. Joseph, MI 49085 in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
