Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
As of December 26, 2025, an award has not yet been made. Per the owner, bid results will not be made available until after the award is announced. No time-frame is available for when this project will be awarded. The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: the demolition and complete removal of all booster station structures, yard piping, electrical utilities, driveway approach and HMA, and existing culvert. One diesel generator and transfer switch will be salvaged on the site. The project includes replacement of hydrant and watermain connection in right-of-way, and grading and restoration of site after completion of demolition, including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. Sealed bids are required and must be submitted to Benton Charter Township. Attendance at the voluntary bidders information meeting is not required to submit a bid. Question Deadline 12/12/2025 Requests must be received by the Engineer at least four business days prior to the bid.
