Lake Michigan College is seeking professional engineering and project management services for the replacement of existing boiler system at the Todd Center located on the Napier Campus. The project will include replacement of the main building boiler system, associated pumps, piping, replace dielectric coupling for 61 VAV boxes or 120 couplings and accessories, as well as an alternate bid for replacement of the snowmelt boiler serving the facility. The intent of this project isto design, bid, and oversee construction of a modern, energy-efficient heating system that meets current code requirements and the operational needs of the College. The preferred construction completion target is for completion in summer of 2026.
