Renovation of a mixed-use development in Florida, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Contract No. 1 The Florida Union Free School District, invites bids for GENERAL CONSTRUCTION Work for "2025 CIP Phase 2" at Golden Hill Elementary School and S.S. Seward Institute, located at 478 Round Hill Road, Florida, NY 10921 and 53 North Main Street, Florida, NY 10921 respectively. A Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of Base Bid is required and must accompany proposal. Performance Bond and Labor Material Payment Bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of Contract Sum are required to be delivered at time Contract is signed with Owner. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) days after date of bid opening. Bidders will comply with New York State prevailing wage and supplement requirements. The Owner reserves the right to waive any and all informalities in or to reject any or all bids. The Owner further reserves its right to disqualify Bidders for any material failure to comply with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.
