Site work and remodeling of a water / sewer project in Florida, New York. Completed plans call for the remodel of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the following: o Coordinate with the Village of Florida WWTP Chief Operator and his/her designate. o Utilize existing wire and conduit to power the proposed sludge pumps, proposed push buttons and existing disconnects. o Furnish and install wire and conduit to the outdoor push buttons. o Perform all trenching and core drilling for wire and conduit. o The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, utilities, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work as specified in the Technical Specifications and as shown on the Plans. o Add/Alternate #1: Furnish and install one (1) single phase circuit breaker in the existing distribution panel and one (1) receptacle in the lab. Furnish and install power wire and conduit for one (1) 8" flow meter and one (1) chart recorder. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Performance Bond required (unspecified amount), Payment Bond required (unspecified amount). No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, Specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Pitingaro & Doetsch Consulting Engineers, P.C. 20 Industrial Drive, Middletown NY 10941, and to be given consideration must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids Question Deadline 05/29/2026
