Sealed bids for 2026 Area 17 Contracted Concrete - Phase 5 will be received and considered for award or rejection. Copies of the documents may be obtained for a fee at the office of the City Engineer, and are available for review at specified locations. All Minority and Women-Owned contractors are encouraged to participate. A bid bond or certified check equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid is required. The successful bidder must execute Performance and Payment Bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. All bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by law. The outside of the sealed bid envelope must provide all required license numbers, expiration dates, and classification details for contractors and applicable subcontractors based on value of work, or indicate if no subcontractors are being used. Bidders certify compliance with Title VI and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by submitting a signed bid. No bids may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the bid receipt deadline. All bids shall be signed, sealed, addressed to the Procurement Manager, and properly marked. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and re-advertise.
