The City of Bay City is soliciting sealed proposals for Padmount Transformers Bid #26-0115. All bids must be received in the Purchasing Department prior to 2:00 p.m. on the bid due date. Bids must be marked "Padmount Transformers Bid #26-0115." The City utilizes a Local Preference Policy to encourage local vendors to provide goods and/or services. Vendors seeking to qualify as local vendors may submit a qualifying affidavit. The City of Bay City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive irregularities and informalities. The award will be made to a responsible and responsive bidder whom the City Commission determines to be in the best interest of the City and within available project funds. Sealed bids will not be accepted via fax or email.
