A timeline for the award has not yet been established.* The project includes removing an existing 89 feet of 7.75'x7' double barrel box culvert and replacing the box culvert system with 83 feet of a 9'x8' triple barrel concrete box culverts for flood reduction. Work will include removal and demolition of existing conditions for the box culvert and roadway improvements in this local road carrying Village Drive over the Round Lake Drain. Tasks include removal and replacement of the existing concrete box culvert, headwalls, wingwalls, railings, grading, streambank stabilization, hot mix asphalt, curb and gutter, riprap, storm sewer, and landscape restoration. The work also includes carrying out all duties and obligations and the furnishing of all labor, material, tools, equipment, and other incidentals necessary or convenient for the successful completion of the project. The project is located on North Village Drive on the Round Lake Drain, north of West Main Street and west of North Fairfield Road within the Village of Round Lake Beach in Lake County, Illinois.
