Contractor shall perform air testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) on rooms of varying size, configuration, and function located at the VA Central California Healthcare System's Fresno Medical Center. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, specialty services, and supervision required to complete the work. The scope is limited to the testing, adjusting, and balancing of the air conveyance portion of the HVAC system only; HVAC-related water loops and other non-air conveyance tasks typically performed by a TAB contractor are excluded. Work will be performed on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems of varying vintages, configurations, manufacturers, designs, and applications. Testing and balancing shall comply with the VA HVAC Design Manual-2024 Edition, ASHRAE Handbook HVAC Applications Chapter 38, Testing, Adjusting and Balancing, Associated Air Balance Council (AABC), National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB), and applicable industry/manufacturer guidelines. Location: VA Central California Healthcare System, Fresno Medical Center, Fresno, CA. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
