Statement of Qualifications from qualified design professionals to develop and provide pre-design, design and construction documents for a maintenance building in County of Riverside. Minimum 3 years experience with public agencies is required. Respondents must be a Licensed Architect, Registered Engineering, or Licensed General Contracting. Cost proposal forms must be submitted separately in accordance with Exhibit B. All certifications must be completed and submitted; annotate "Not applicable" on any form deemed not applicable. Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion is required for both the bidding contractor and any subcontractors with bids over $25,000.
