The Agency is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Comprehensive Janitorial Services for multiple Agency facilities, including administrative offices, operational buildings, maintenance areas, and designated transit hubs. The selected Contractor will ensure that all facilities are maintained in a clean, sanitary, and safe condition in accordance with the performance standards outlined in Exhibit 8 - Scope of Services.
