Furnishing the city of Ruston with the purchase of new 72.5kV circuit breakers for the LA Tech Substation. Each bid must be sealed and plainly marked with the bid number and the company's return address. Bidders may elect to submit bids electronically via the internet at www.bidexpress.com. Evidence of authority to submit the bid shall be required in accordance with LA RS 38:2212(A)(1)(c). No late bids will be accepted. The city of Ruston reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause and reserves the right to waive any and all informalities.
