Bidders may elect to submit bids electronically via the internet at www.bidexpress.com. Evidence of authority to submit the bid is required in accordance with LA RS 38:2212(B)(5). No late bids will be accepted. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause and waive any and all informalities.
