Sealed bids are invited for the construction financed by the State of Louisiana CDBG Program, specifically for Wastewater Collection System Rehabilitation, Gravity Main and Manhole Work (Contract II), SCC Project No. 3527. Bids must be addressed as specified and submitted on the proper form, displaying the Contractor's license number. The license must be for municipal and public works construction. Electronic bids are accepted. All addendums must be acknowledged, and bids cannot be withdrawn within forty-five (45) days of opening. Required documentation and forms must accompany the bid. The project is tax exempt. Contractors must begin mobilization and procurement of materials within ten (10) working days of the Notice to Proceed. Federal and state requirements, including Buy America provisions and prescribed employment and wage conditions, apply. Each bidder must have an active Unique Entity ID (SAM) prior to construction. All required signatures and bonds must be included with the bid. Following review ofthe inspection reports, a scope ofwork shall be revised to correct all deficiencies. Work may include point repairs, manhole lining, manhole raising, CIPP, main replacement, or similar work.
