Question Deadline: 02/12/2026 03:00 PM EST Sealed bids are requested for the New Road From Highway 150 to I-20 South Frontage Road - Phase I (Plan Set Name: City of Ruston Goyne Street Extension to Frontage Road-Phase I), classified under Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, with a contract time of 190 calendar days. Liquidated damages apply at $600.00 per calendar day. Bidding documents are available to properly licensed contractors in Louisiana or bona fide suppliers at the engineer's office or online at www.bidexpress.com. Bids may be submitted electronically or on forms furnished by the engineer and must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond for 5% of the total bid. Performance and payment bonds for 100% of the contract price are required. Bidders and subcontractors must comply with all State Licensing Law provisions and show their license number on the sealed bid envelope if required. The bid proposal is firm for 45 days. The City of Ruston reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals.
