Sealed bids will be received for the construction of Wastewater Treatment and Collection System Renovations (Contract I) for Lincoln Parish Police Jury, to be financed by the State of Louisiana CDBG Program. Bids must be addressed appropriately and submitted on the proper bid form. The Contractor must have a license classification for municipal and public works construction, display the license number on the envelope, and include all required documentation and forms. All addendums must be acknowledged, and a resolution authorizing the representative to sign must accompany the bid. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the required amount and form, and all bidders must have an active Unique Entity ID (SAM) as verified on www.sam.gov. The project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements. All iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used must be produced in the United States unless a waiver has been approved. Bidders must comply with all applicable federal and state laws, minimum wage rates, conditions of employment, and bonding and insurance requirements.
