Renovation of an educational facility in Ruston, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed bids are requested for Davison Hall Chiller Replacements at Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana. Bid security of five percent (5.0%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates is required, as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder must provide a Performance and Payment Bond as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids are accepted only from contractors licensed for Mechanical Work under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2192. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. All bidding provisions and requirements must be followed and will not be waived by any entity. The contract award is contingent upon the granting of lines of credit, sale of bonds, or availability of funds, and the State bears no obligation until the contract is fully executed.
