Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK Repair and replace pavement and sidewalks throughout the city at various locations. This bid does not have an SEB reserve. This project requires submission of an Economic Equity and Inclusion Plan (EEIP). This project qualifies for Apprentice utilization (optional). Contractor should attach Apprenticeship Incentive Form (AIF) with their bid submission to utilize this provision. The surety company issuing the bid bond should be licensed by the State of Nebraska and listed on the current edition of Circular 570 of the United States Department of the Treasury. Acceptable substitutes for a bid bond: a certified check, an official bank check, a cashier's checks drawn on a national bank or a bank chartered under the laws of the state, payable to City of Omaha, or lawful money of the United States, or a United States Government Bond (negotiable). Letters of credit are not an acceptable substitute for a bid bond and would be cause for rejection of bid. Question Deadline 01/06/2026 at 2:00 PM CT Bidders must submit bid questions via online. Questions will be answered within one (1) day of the questions cutoff date/time.
