Renovation of a municipal facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 150,000-square-foot municipal facility.
Metropolitan Utilities District is renovating their existing construction center to support their current operations including garage, transportation shops, facilities shop, office space, and warehouse/storage consisting of approximately 150,000 square feet located at 3100 S. 61st Ave., Omaha NE 68106. Questions are due to MCL no later than 3:00 pm on Friday, January 16th. All questions should be submitted to Matt Blum (msb@mclconstruction.com) and Carter VonEssen (CMV@mclconstruction.com). MCL Construction is requesting bids for the following Scopes of Work: 1. Grouting 2. Rough Carpentry Material & Labor 3. Finish Carpentry 4. Metal Wall Panel & Weather Barrier 5. Doors, Frames & Hardware Supply 6. Overhead Doors 7. Glass & Glazing 8. Gyp. Board Assemblies & Ceilings 9. Shop Equipment (Racking, Vehicle Lifts, etc) MCL reserves the right to reject any, and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the contract in the best interest of the owner.
