The installation of owner furnished water meters and reading nodes at individual residences throughout the community. Installation will include: removal of existing meter, and installation of new meter and reading nodes. Additionally, the installation of check and ball valves, minor replumbing (meter re-plumb) and meter pits will be necessary at a number of the residences. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor Bid informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work. Doc notes: Additionally, upon request, in accordance with South Dakota Codified Law 5-18B-1, one copy of Plans and Specifications shall be furnished, without charge, to each Contractor resident in South Dakota who intends, in good faith, to bid upon the project. Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method chosen.
