The Bid Packages Include: BP 01- Site Demo, Earthwork, & Site Utilities BP 02 Rammed Aggregate Piers BP 03 Asphalt Paving BP 04- Site Concrete BP05- Building Concrete BP 06- Precast Concrete (panels, planks, "T" beams) BP 07- Masonry BP 08- Steel Fabrication & Erection BP 09- Roofing BP 10- Metal Panels BP 11- Doors, Frames, & Hardware BP 12- General Trades (&Architectural Casework) BP 13- Aluminum windows, doors, storefront BP 14- Framing, drywall, acoustical treatments BP 15- painting BP 16- flooring BP 17- resinous flooring BP 18- gym flooring BP 19- athletic equipment BP 20- bleachers BP 21- kitchen equipment BP 22- fire protection BP 23- plumbing BP 24- HVAC & Temperature Controls BP 25- Electrical, Fire Alarm, & Low Voltage Bidders must submit all questions in writing to Mike Lucas at mikelucas@midconpro.com. All bids must be accompanied with bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or a cashier's check made payable to Washington Grade School District #52 in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The bidder shall, within said ten (10) days, provide a Payment and Performance Bond, with a Surety to be approved by the district, in the amount of 100% of the cost of the contract, the cost of which shall be included in the bid. The form of the Payment and Performance Bond is subject to approval of counsel for the district. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part thereof, to waive any informalities, errors of irregularity in bids received or in the bidding process, and to accept the bid that the Board of Education deems the most favorable to its interest after all bids have been examined and canvassed.
