The City requests proposals from qualified individuals or firms for On-Call Survey Services ("Services") to provide qualified license land surveyors to conduct examination and review of Parcel Maps, Tentative Maps, Final Maps, lot line adjustments, legal descriptions, boundary research, preparation of construction and permanent easements and other record documents. The selected Consultant may also be requested to perform topographic and right of way mapping, including preparation of drawings in AutoCAD for use by the City. The City of Sausalito invites qualified firms or individuals ("Proposers") to submit proposals to act as contract City Surveyor as described within the RFP. The submission of a proposal may lead to the award of a Professional Services Agreement ("Agreement"), using the form attached in the RFP as Attachment 6, Professional Services Agreement. If the City decides to award the Agreement to a Proposer, it will be a fixed-price contract. Neither the issuance of this RFP, nor the acceptance of Proposals commits the City to award or enter into any agreement with a Proposer. The City reserves the unfettered right to reject any or all Proposals, at any time, and to seek new Proposals when in the best interest of the City. The City reserves the right to cancel, modify, or postpone this RFP or the Project at any time, and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any RFP procedures.
