The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, services, equipment, and supervision necessary to replace the roof at USCG Station Golden Gate in Sausalito, CA. The scope includes mobilization of equipment, removal of existing asphalt shingles and underlayment from approximately 14,760 square feet of roof area, installation of new underlayment and asphalt shingles matching the existing color and style, installation of a new roof access ladder, and roof anchor points between the ladder and galley exhaust fan for future maintenance safety. All removed materials must be disposed of in accordance with industry standards and environmental regulations. Daily cleanup is required, and upon completion, all construction areas must be restored to their original condition. The contractor must minimize impact on Coast Guard operations and adhere to specified working hours. The government will furnish electricity, parking, and laydown area, but not bathroom facilities. Final approval of work will be conducted by the designated Coast Guard Technical Point of Contact. Install new underlayment across the entirety of the roof area. 4.Installation of Shingles. Install new asphalt shingles to match the existing color and style, subject to final approval by the Technical POC. 5.Roof Access Ladder. Install a new roof access ladder to facilitate safe access to the roof. 6.Roof Anchor Points. Install roof anchor points between the newly installed ladder and the galley exhaust fan to ensure safety during future roof access and maintenance. 7. Disposal. Dispose of all removed materials in accordance with industry standards and applicable environmental rules and regulations. 8. Demobilization. Remove all equipment from government facilities and return all areas to their original condition
