The contractor shall remodel twelve bathrooms at Station Golden Gate in Sausalito, CA. The scope includes removal and replacement of existing 30-inch vanities and sinks, as well as shower inserts. All labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the installation must be provided by the contractor, with equipment colors selected by the designated technical point of contact. Work must comply with industry standards and applicable regulations. Daily cleanup is required, and all construction areas must be restored to their original condition upon completion. Waste materials must be disposed of in accordance with environmental rules. Work hours are restricted to 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, unless otherwise authorized. The government will furnish electricity, parking, and laydown areas, but bathroom facilities will not be available for contractor personnel. The contractor must mobilize and demobilize all necessary equipment and personnel and ensure proper disposal of removed materials.
