Site work for a development in Sausalito, California. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
The project involves furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and other items necessary for the Edwards Avenue Slope Stabilization Project. The work includes clearing and grubbing, scaling and excavation, installation of soil nails, mesh, and hydroseeding to stabilize the hillside, located on the uphill side of Edwards Avenue, generally below 195 and 197 Hi Vista Rd. All bidders should carefully review the Instructions to Bidders for more detailed information before submitting a bid proposal. Contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements, and the contract will be subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the DIR. The estimated cost is $680,000, and a valid California contractors license, classification A (General Engineering Contractor), is required for the project. Question Deadline 01/27/2026 Questions.
