The Eagle County Regional Airport currently provides a common use processing system at all 7 gates. At this time, check in counters are airline-specific. The current servers and airline images are hosted on-premise and Eagle County wishes to implement a cloudbased solution. Eagle County IT will be responsible for providing all switching and cable infrastructure, and will entertain the vendor providing and supporting switching and firewalls. Eagle County would ideally like to see all current components replaced but would be open to using any of the existing peripherals. In addition, Eagle County would like all Airport PCs replaced as further described below. The scope of work for this RFP will be to furnish to the Airport detailed technical design, development, hardware, firmware, software, software licenses, installation, integration, implementation, training, user manuals and documentation, operation, 2nd and 3rd level support, testing of the hardware and software and all other items necessary or appropriate for, or incidental to, providing an operable and acceptable CUPPS system. Any additional hardware, software, network equipment, etc. that are needed to implement the new system should be included in the proposal. Eagle County, Colorado is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the provision and installation of a Common Use Passenger Processing System (CUPPS) and associated solutions for the Eagle County Regional Airport. Proposals must be submitted according to the provided instructions to ensure full compliance. Eagle County reserves the right to purchase supplies or services from other professionals.
