Remodeling of a clubhouse / community center in Tallahassee, Florida. Completed plans call for the remodel of a clubhouse / community center.
Proposals are requested from qualified trade contractors for the project named FAMU Rattlers Nest, located at 1700 Lee Hall Avenue, Tallahassee, Florida, with an estimated construction cost of $150,000. Required trades for this project are Millwork, Flooring, Painting, and Gypsum Assemblies. Prequalification is required at least five days before the bid opening date and includes submitting a notice of intent, corporate registration, and appropriate state licenses. Bidders currently working on or who have recently completed projects with CSI Contracting, Inc. may also be pre-qualified. A bid bond and, if applicable, performance and payment bonds are required for bids and contracts exceeding $100,000. Bids must be submitted in full accordance with the requirements of the drawings, specifications, and bid package. Additional requirements pertain to public entity crimes, discrimination, and cooperation with the inspector general. Failure to comply with these requirements, including submission of the bid bond, will result in disqualification.
