Maintenance and repair services for the Flathead National Forest Condon Bunkhouse, including all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, and incidental services necessary to complete the work as specified. Tasks include performing repairs, improvements, and maintenance activities detailed in the project documents, along with all mandatory requirements added through Amendment 0001, which introduces a new Schedule of Items and incorporates an Option clause. Work must comply with all provided specifications, standards, and applicable regulations. No other solicitation is associated with this project, and all details are contained within the attached documents. Location: 6887 MT-83, Condon, MT 59826. notice to proceed (NTP). So April 2026 (appox. 90 days from now) but pre-work conference will be held after the NTP is issued.
