The City of Texas City is requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and Construction Services for Fire Station #5. Proposers must submit one marked original, three exact duplicate copies, and one USB media source of the completed proposal in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the RFP number and title. The City reserves the right to waive any minor informality or irregularity, reject any or all proposals, and accept the proposal(s) which, in its opinion, is most advantageous to the City.
