Description: repair and restore the south exterior wall and associated awning at the UDC facility located at 29222 NCR 3260. The intent is to address existing damage, restore structural integrity, prevent water intrusion, and return affected areas to a safe and serviceable condition. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the following: Inspect the south wall to identify damaged, deteriorated, or compromised materials Remove loose, cracked, or damaged wall components as required Repair or replace damaged substrate, framing, or masonry as needed Patch and resurface wall areas to match existing finish and texture Seal all cracks, joints, and penetrations to prevent water intrusion Prime and paint repaired areas to match existing color and finish (if applicable) Ensure all repairs meet applicable building codes and manufacturer specifications 3.
