Project includes the demolition of existing facilities and the construction of a new 36,000 square foot pre-engineered building and the renovation of 11,400 square feet of existing facilities. The project will include site work, utilities, concrete sidewalks, final grading, sodding, concrete foundation and slab, structural steel, standing seam metal roof, CMU veneer with metal wall panels for the exterior finish materials, metal stud framed and gypsum board interior walls, suspended acoustical ceilings, aluminum storefront, hollow metal frames, wood doors, millwork, carpet, LVT, and hard tile, sealed concrete, painting, pre-engineered metal building, fire alarm, fire sprinkler system, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and lighting systems complete and ready for use. Sealed bids addressed to MacHill Construction will be received at the specified location until the stated time on the bid date. Complete electronic digital project bidding documents are available upon request from the Construction Manager. Bidders may also view the Bid Documents at the Owner's Office. For bids over $50,000, bidders will be required to provide bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or Cashier's Check in the amount of five percent of the bid amount. Successful bidders will be required to provide payment, performance, and maintenance bonds for bids over $50,000. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided in the Bidding Documents. Bids are required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for 60 days after the date of bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
