The City is seeking to have a multi-year Master Contract with up to three qualified Prime Contractors to assist with planned and emergency repairs and replacement of reservoir infrastructure. This includes, but is not limited to, earthen dams, RCC dams, flow measuring and control structures, and access roads on an on-call basis. The term of the Master Contract is three years with an option for the City to extend for an additional two years on an annual basis.
