Project 25-04 American Boulevard Utility Extension includes approximately 1,350 linear feet of new sanitary sewer (8-inch to 24-inch) and associated appurtenances, 1,350 linear feet of new storm sewer (12-inch to 24-inch) and associated appurtenances, 1,120 linear feet of new water main (8-inch to 12-inch) and associated appurtenances, 53,300 cubic yards of unclassified excavation, 5,000 tons of crushed aggregate base course placement, and 63,600 square yards of restoration. Bids are to be submitted via the online electronic bidding service through QuestCDN.com. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond equal to five percent of the bid, payable to the City of De Pere, as a guarantee that, if accepted, the bidder will execute a contract and furnish a contract bond as required. The contract letting is subject to Wisconsin Statutes Sections 62.15 and 66.0901(3). Each bidder must pre-qualify by submitting proof of responsibility on forms provided by the Director of Public Works by the specified deadline. The City of De Pere reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept any proposal deemed most favorable to the City's interests. Question Deadline 01/12/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
