Project 26-03 includes approximately 6200 linear feet of 8 to 30 cured-in-place pipe lining and associated work. Bidders are instructed to obtain and download complete digital project bidding documents from QuestCDN.com, which adds the company to the Planholder List and allows access to vBid online bidding for bid submission. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. Each bidder is required to pre-qualify by submitting proof of responsibility on forms provided by the Director of Public Works, to be filed no later than 4:00 PM, Monday, January 26, 2026. The City of De Pere reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities, and accept the proposal deemed most favorable to the City. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
