The firm chosen must demonstrate extensive experience in constructing facilities and proficiency under the design-build and/or construction manager at risk models. This Project involves various design and construction activities and requires the CMAR team to provide a wide range of services from pre-construction that include design/engineering and permit approvals, to construction/construction management and close-out services.
