Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Miami, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Roof replacement at the Miami Heights Branch Post Office in Miami, FL, including removal of the existing roof system and installation of a new roofing system in compliance with USPS specifications. Work must be coordinated to avoid interference with postal operations and executed in phases as directed by the Facility Manager or designee. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project within 200 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The scope includes adherence to USPS safety requirements, submission of a Sub-Contracting Plan and Project-Specific Safety Plan prior to NTP, and compliance with Contractor Screening Requirements under Clause F-102. Contractor must obtain 100% performance and payment bonds within seven calendar days of Notice of Intent to Award. Location: Miami Heights Branch Post Office, Miami, FL 33197-9998, Dade County. The estimated cost of the work is between 500,000 and $1,000,000; with construction completion no later than Two hundred (200) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
