**As of February 23, 2026, the project was awarded to Wenk Associates but the awarded amount is not available.** Reference Number 0000405751 This Request for Proposal is for the selection of a highly-qualified consultant team to provide professional services for Bijou Basin Open Space, including landscape architectural services, natural surface trail layout and design, ecological restoration, and educational/interpretation services. Bidders must submit one electronic proposal online. The file should be a PDF named with the contractor's name as the first word. No physical submissions are allowed, and the submittal should not reference the Arapahoe County logo. The response format must follow the required format outlined in the RFP, including: 1. Company Information & Executive Summary (2-3 pages) 2. Project Understanding & Approach (6-8 pages) 3. Project Team Qualifications (6-8 pages) 4. Relevant Project Experience (4-5 pages) 5. Project Schedule (1-2 pages) 6. Cost Proposal (2-3 pages) 7. Required Documentation (not counted toward page limit) The total submission should be 25-30 pages, excluding required forms. Resumes may be included at up to 1 page per person and are optionally excluded from the page count. Required documentation includes a completed submittal form, certificate of liability insurance, and certificate of corporation or LLC registered with the State of Colorado, or other formal documentation meeting the years-in-business requirement.
