Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Brockport, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: remove and replace two existing hot water boilers with three gas condensing boilers including buffer tank, expansion tank, separator, pumps, and controls; remove and replace domestic hot water storage tanks, natural gas piping, fire protection; replacement of power panel, electrical service and distribution, fire alarm, and connections; hazardous materials abatement; selective demolition, masonry, slab removals and replacements; interior construction and finishes; temporary facilities and controls.
