The project is expected to be awarded on February 18, 2026.** The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and other items necessary for the completion of hot mix asphalt (HMA) surface removal, HMA binder course installation, HMA surface course installation, concrete (PCC) curb and gutter removal and replacement, PCC sidewalk removal and replacement, PCC and HMA driveway removal and replacement and/or repair, roadway patching, drainage and utility structure adjustments and repairs, restoration with topsoil and seed, and all collateral and incidental work necessary to complete the improvements as shown on the details and as described herein. PPL00206.01 No Pre-Bid Conference Available The project consists of resurfacing approximately 3.30 miles of local streets at various locations throughout the Village, in conjunction with pavement patching, curb and gutter removal and replacement, sidewalk removal and replacement, PCC and HMA driveway removal and replacement and/or repair, drainage and utility structure adjustments and repairs, restoration of disturbed areas, pavement markings, and all collateral and incidental work necessary to complete the improvements. All work under this Bid and the resulting contract shall comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq. and the other applicable laws and ordinances. Any Bid submitted unsealed, unsigned, sent via email or fax or received subsequent to the aforementioned date and time, will be disqualified and returned to the bidder.
