Remodeling of a golf course in Mount Prospect, Illinois. Completed plans call for the remodel of a golf course.
The Mt. Prospect Park District is accepting sealed bids for the Golf Course Flooring Replacement. Questions regarding this project and call for bids should be directed to the Project Planner. The bid packet, specifications, and plans are available electronically from BHFX Imaging, with printed sets of bid documents and digital downloads available for purchase at their website. All bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope and marked "Golf Course Flooring Replacement." Bids can be mailed or brought to the Mt. Prospect Park District, Walter Cook Maintenance Facility. The Park Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids in full or in part, if it is deemed to be in the public's best interest. The general prevailing rate of wages for each craft or type of worker or mechanic needed to execute the contract or perform the work, including rates for legal holiday and overtime work as ascertained by the Illinois Department of Labor, shall be paid for all such workers. It is mandatory for the contractor and any subcontractor to pay not less than the specified rates to all laborers, workers, and mechanics employed in execution of the contract or work.
