Material testing services will be required for, but not limited to, the following: 1. 2026 Street Resurfacing Program – Group 1 and Group 2 (6.99 miles): a. HMA Jobsite and Plant Quality Assurance including an approximate estimate of total HMA binder at 13,700 tons and total HMA surface at 9,500 tons; b. PCC Jobsite Quality Assurance including approximately 5,200 cubic yards of concrete. 2. 2026 Removal/Replacement Sidewalk Program: PCC Jobsite Quality Assurance with approximately 10 PCC compressive strength tests. 3. 2026 New Sidewalk Program: PCC Jobsite Quality Assurance with approximately 10 PCC compressive strength tests. The Consultant will be required to attend the Pre-Construction Meetings for the Group 1 and Group 2 Street Resurfacing Projects, as well as for the Sidewalk Programs.
