Site work for a water / sewer project in Mount Prospect, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes but is not limited to the following bid items: BASE BID: Installation of 148 feet of 6-inch water main, 11,492 feet of 8-inch water main, 2,691 feet of 12-inch water main, 42 valves in vaults, 44 fire hydrants, reconnection of 301 water services, 40 lead service replacements into residences, and all other pertinent work and material necessary to complete the project. ALTERNATE 1: Installation of 874 feet of 8-inch water main, 3 valves in vaults, 2 fire hydrants, reconnection of 7 water services, and all other pertinent work and material necessary to complete the project. ALTERNATE 2: Landscaping to be completed conforming to Section 250 of the Highway Standards consisting of Seed Class 1/1A. The work shall be constructed in accordance with the 2026 Water Main Improvements Project Documents dated February 3rd, 2026.
