Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Homer Glen, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility.
The project consists of providing a new storage building at the existing Silo Bend Park. All proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked separately on the outside as "Silo Bend Storage Building Project" and addressed to the Director of Facilities, Projects, & Planning at the Lockport Township Park District office. Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and certified payroll requirements apply. A 10% bid bond and 100% performance & payment bonds are required. All bids will remain firm for 60 days after the bid opening.
